1. DeMar DeRozan
DeRozan is a walking bucket. He is well on his way to averaging over 20 points for the 11th straight season and has made over 50 percent of his field goals in three of the last four years. DeRozan is a master in the mid-range and could help solve one of the Bucks’ biggest playoff issues in recent years. He can create efficient shots when the defense tightens up.
The 34-year-old is in the final year of his contract, and there has been little traction on an extension. Chicago has some difficult decisions to make before the deadline. They missed the playoff last season, but will the Bulls enter a total rebuild? They are off to a slow start and now is their chance to get something for DeRozan before he enters free agency.
The Bucks have a ton of offense, but DeRozan could find space in the mid-range and give the team a different dimension. He offers a similar skill set to Khris Middleton but is healthy and ready to handle massive minutes.
The Milwaukee Bucks will likely stand pat and hope Middleton gets back on track before the playoffs. They need him in this championship or bust season, but can the two-time All-Star deliver? Fans won’t want to miss a second of the action, so stay tuned to see how it shakes out.
