Lindy Waters III, Golden State Warriors

The Golden State Warriors are a team who could potentially be a partner for the Milwaukee Bucks to move MarJon Beauchamp. Also in the intel from Jake Fischer, it was said the Golden State Warriors aren't in a rush to give Jonathan Kuminga or Moses Moody new contracts. Beauchamp could be a potential insurance policy if Moody eventually walks.

Lindy Waters III is 27 years old, and MarJon Beauchamp is 24, so a potentialone-for-one trade for these two wing players does offer Golden State some youth and another year of team control, as Beauchamp has a team option for 2025-26.

Lindy Waters III may not represent a massive upgrade defensively for the Milwaukee Bucks but does offer a few more years of experience in the NBA, having played three seasons for the Okc Thunder before being traded to the Golden State Warriors.

Opposing players shot 39.5 percent on field goals against Lindy Waters III last season. That's a respectable number defensively. Waters is a similar size to Beauchamp, both stand 6-foot-6, but Waters weighs in at 215 pounds, 16 pounds heavier than Beauchamp, potentially making him more able to defend some bigger players.

Where Lindy Waters III could really be of interest to the Milwaukee Bucks is offensively. Waters shoots 37.7 percent from the 3-point line for his career and could be a really great fit on the perimeter for Doc Rivers' five out offense that the Milwaukee Bucks have shown during the preseason.
