As a trade, I do quite like this for the Bucks. Trade three guys that are having down years for two guys having good seasons that fit the exact mold that the Bucks need to take their performances to the next level.

Finney-Smith I am a big fan of like many and would love to have him on the Bucks roster. With O'Neale, you know exactly what you are getting and that is the grit and grind and just a physical nuisance that can cause chaos defensively.

For the Nets, it is just a question of how they plan on moving forward as a team. They may be at a crossroads with what to do with the franchise and the current crop of players and how they value each as rumors swirl.

My only concern is that Portis can still be effective when needed and can score well. We know about his postseason struggles, and he is one of the only expendable players the Bucks have that has any real value. With Beauchamp, it would feel a shame to move on so early in his career as he shows glimpses of serious talent, but with Andre Jackson Jr. featuring more and more then, it begs the question of whether he has nailed down a spot in the rotation.

It may feel like a lot to give up, but for the Bucks to have the best chance of winning in the short-term then it definitely improves the Bucks' chances.
