No. 2 - Andre Jackson Jr.

Heading into his second season with the Milwaukee Bucks, the 21-year-old small forward/shooting guard has plenty of strengths in his game. He is mainly recognized for his motor, defensive prowess and playmaking abilities. His athleticism allows him to be a disruptive force on the defensive end, as well as an effective transition player. He's shown capability as a passer as well, which is value-added beyond just scoring.

Jackson does need to enhance his game on the offensive side of the ball, particularly when it comes to shooting and scoring. This will be essential as part of his growth and development. If he can somehow expand his offensive toolkit, he can offer the Bucks a dynamic option off the bench as a regular and contributing part of the rotation.

No. 1 - A.J. Green

The 24-year-old shooting guard sharpshooter is primarily known for his shooting ability. He is a reliable shooter from beyond the arc, as he shot 41 percent from deep in his second season. He also provides floor spacing, which is invaluable in today's modern NBA. His shooting mechanics and quick release make him an instant threat in catch-and-shoot situations. Look for him to continue to grow and develop and earn a spot in the starting lineup this upcoming season.

While his shooting is the clear strength of his young game, he must continue to develop his defense and add diversity to his offensive skill set, such as off-the-dribble shooting and playmaking, as this will be beneficial for his increased role on the Milwaukee Bucks moving forward.

More on the Bucks' youth

The Milwaukee Bucks have both a promising and interesting mix of young wing players with varying skill sets and developmental trajectories.

With proper development and the correct opportunities, the above players can significantly contribute to the team's future success. Their progress in the upcoming 2024-25 season will be crucial in providing depth, as well as ensuring sustained competitiveness alongside the team's established stars like Giannis Antetokounmpo and Damian Lillard.
