Effortless Confidence
Giannis Antetokounmpo isn’t necessarily the flashiest of players. His dunk isn’t likely to be a showcase of intricate control and technical prowess, instead “The Greek Freak” is going to give a display of his own brand of jaw-dropping natural athleticism.
Antetokounmpo’s flash comes from his personality. Not in an arrogant way, as everything about the 21-year-old seems to come with a warmth and naivety. Still it’s hard to deny that Giannis exudes confidence.
If Antetokounmpo wants to put that vibe out there for the world to see, what better way than taking a leaf out of Dee Brown’s book.
In the 1991 Dunk Contest, Brown took it upon himself to cover his eyes with his off hand on the way up for his attempt, completing an awesome “no-look” dunk in the process.
If Giannis was to replicate this with his colossal hands, he’d have taken the “no-look” dunk to the next level!
