Reactions: The Good

  • Lets start by crediting the bench guys who are no longer the bench guys. Jerryd Bayless has been outstanding recently, and he showed no hesitation in stepping up into the starting five in place of the departed Brandon Knight and injured Carter-Williams. Bayless logged 39 minutes, and made meaningful contributions all across the box score.
  • Another man whose recent play has helped propel him from the bench to a starting spot is the ever quotable Jared Dudley. Dudley made big shots, big passes and played a whopping 41 minutes to guide the Bucks to victory. On top of that, he’s got a message for you Milwaukee. Show out for your Bucks!
  • Tyler Ennis made his bow as a Buck with 18 minutes of play and an active performance. Ennis needs to be given time to bed in before we can form a true opinion of what he’s all about, but it was encouraging to see him take on responsibility and play some good minutes on his debut.
  • Sport as a whole is all about momentum, and the Bucks have now won nine of their last ten games, and haven’t lost at home since January 22. Build a fortress, Young Bucks!
