It’s been a difficult week for a lot of Milwaukee Bucks fans. Over the past seven days the Milwaukee Bucks have parted with five players (a full third of the team’s roster); Jorge Gutierrez, Kenyon Martin, Kendall Marshall, Larry Sanders and of course Brandon Knight. Although only three of the five actually played at the time of their departure, anytime a team trades away it’s leading scorer and assistor things are going to change.
Change isn’t always bad, though. The Bucks have also welcomed three new players into the fold; Tyler Ennis, Miles Plumlee and Michael Carter-Williams! Clicking on any of the three new Bucks’ names will send you to their corresponding BTBP introduction, which includes a little about the player’s past and how we think they’ll perform for the Bucks.
In addition to all these personnel changes the Bucks also had to play four games this week, including a game against the Denver Nuggets just one day after the trade deadline. That’s not a lot of time considering the Bucks now had to learn to score without Knight, who sometimes seemed like he made up 90 percent of the Bucks’ offense.
Could Jason Kidd and the Bucks pull out a win in their first game in the post-Knight era? What about the three games in four days after that? Let’s find out.
