Adam: I’m going to try and make this quick, I’ve one, two, three…six questions! In all seriousness, the last 48 hours have been seriously grim for the Nuggets. Can it get any worse for this team?

Kevin: I truly can’t imagine it getting any worse than this.

All the negative news off the court – Constant updates on Brian Shaw’s hot seat, Ty Lawson’s DUI, players disliking Shaw, etc. – , have met it’s equal on the court. The team shot under 40 percent from the floor in February, the worst percentage in the league over that timespan (yes, even worse than the Knicks)!

It’s especially harsh considering how hard the fall was. It was only two seasons ago the Nuggets were a 57 win team, and the third seed in the Western Conference Playoffs. With players still on the roster from that core – Ty Lawson, Wilson Chandler, Kenneth Faried, Danilo Gallinari, it’s been shocking to see them fall so hard, so fast.
