Adam: What do you see as the key matchup in Saturday’s game? Is there any Wizard that you feel could catch Milwaukee off guard, or what matchups will you be looking for Washington to exploit?
Ben: Watching Paul Pierce match up against future All-Star forwards is always fun.
Giannis Antetokounmpo is basically from a different planet, but Pierce took advantage of his veteran savvy in their last meeting and put up some big numbers. On the flip side, watching Pierce defending quicker, more athletic forwards could become painful at times. Pierce has surprisingly played well on the defensive end of the floor this season, but Giannis is an alien. It will be interesting to see how he handles the match up.
I’m also a believer in the revenge game, so look out for Ramon Sessions. He just might drop double-digit points against the Bucks…
Washington will have an advantage in their front court, like they do on most nights. I’d expect them to exploit that match up.
