Oubre, coming off a relatively disappointing season in college, is a huge upside pick, and the Heat can bring him off the bench for a few years and then, just as Dwyane Wade and Luol Deng begin to fade, Oubre will be ready with his strong, explosive game inside the perimeter and, hopefully, an improved jumpshot..
