Talk about teams who are reeling, the Raptors have taken a huge step back as the season has worn on, due largely to injury but also to regression from key bench players. RHJ helps both issues. He helps replace some of what Toronto lost when Ed Davis left town, and can pick up where Terrence Ross left off on defense. He’d be a valuable depth piece, albeit with limited upside.. SF. Arizona
