2011 NBA Draft Lottery – 10th Pick

The Bucks arrived at the 2011 Lottery after what can only be described as a mediocre season. Milwaukee were 35-47 finishing the regular season, a mark that once again saw them fall into the dreaded ninth spot in the Eastern standings.

That wouldn’t stop the Bucks from dreaming about the prospects of landing Kyrie Irving though, yet as they landed in the tenth spot there proved to be a whole lot more to their pick than originally met the eye.

On draft night the Bucks traded that pick to the Sacramento Kings as part of a three team deal involving the Charlotte Bobcats. The Kings received Jimmer Fredette, and in return Milwaukee received Stephen Jackson, Shaun Livingston, Beno Udrih and the rights to the 19th pick which would become Tobias Harris. Not a bad haul.
