How Much Better Will The Bucks Be?

It’s the question that a lot of people following the NBA are asking and it’s no surprise after this Summer: How good is this Bucks team?

The Bucks last year were two teams, pretty different from each other, except for how good they were defensively and it’s hard to see what will carry over (besides the defense) after the moves this Summer as well as the hopeful development from their many young players on the roster.

Of course, they weren’t the only team in the East to improve as almost every team made improvements to their team to varying degrees and the competition in the East looks to be a little tougher than it has been the last couple of years.

A lot is riding on the development of the many young players on the team’s roster and it’s tough seeing all of them, whether it’s Giannis or rookie Rashad Vaughn, making huge strides altogether as the season goes on, but it’s not out of the question.

The Bucks are a very young team (second youngest in the NBA) and even though they have a lot of talent, young teams go through their ups and downs.

Key veterans like Jared Dudley and Zaza Pachulia are gone, but the team still has their leader in coach Jason Kidd and he’s been the biggest catalyst for the Bucks newfound success.

If the Bucks can achieve a few of the aforementioned feats, like produce an All-Star as well as producing a top-10 bench again, the Bucks could find themselves in the upper half of the Eastern Conference and come close to the upper 40s for wins. If things are a little more mixed, then the path becomes a little more murkier.

It’s hard to not be excited for this Bucks’ season. There’s so much to watch for the Bucks as they look to continue to build on their success from last year.

The season is finally here though, Bucks fans, and it’s time to sit back and enjoy the present.
