AM: What’s your final prediction for how Friday’s game will play out?
BM: Washington should get the “w”, but I’m not that confident following their win in Orlando. Their offense was great at times, but their defense wasn’t good. That’s an issue, because defense has been the team’s bread and butter since Randy Wittman became head coach in 2012.
The Bucks, like the Magic, are a lot more athletic. They’re capable of excelling in transition and they have a number of players that can take over games. But, Gary Neal and Jared Dudley (if he plays) are looking for revenge. For that reason, I think it’s OK to show some bias.
Basketball is back and both teams are projected to be good. We’re going to win regardless of the outcome, Adam. But seriously, the Wizards are getting the “w”.
