  • Have you ever seen lineup configurations look quite like this? Check it out. Against the Eastern Conference’s best team he went with MCW, Vasquez, Bayless, Middleton, and Monroe down the stretch. Four guards and a center. And he won with it! He must have liked what he saw from the guard play–as they were able to outwork the Cavalier’s tired lineup (having played the night before). You probably won’t see much more of that particular lineup, but for one night, against an old and tired Cavs team, it was good enough to win.
  • So about that Jabari Parker minutes restriction…
  • Kidd’s famous inbounds plays weren’t working very well. In overtime the Bucks had a hard time getting the ball in play when they had a chance for the go-ahead basket. I don’t feel that in that specific situation Giannis is a great triggerman. He’s long, that helps. But he doesn’t quite have the savvy yet to thread the needle coming from the sideline.
