  • I find it remarkable that Kidd stuck with sloppy-mode MCW for 28 minutes while giving Vasquez just 16. MCW can often look like a really good player…just not tonight. His (+/-) was easily the lowest of any player on either team with a whopping -21. Meanwhile Vasquez was +5. Why, Jason Kidd, why? Why leave MCW out there when he’s giving you nothing?
  • I know this isn’t necessarily his call, but why is Jabari Parker taking just five shots when Mayo has fifteen? Kidd has been all about acclimating Jabari back to NBA action slowly. Forget that, I say. If you’re going to field a sub-.500 team you might as well give your future star more shots than Mayo.
