Bucks fans will certainly have mixed feelings about him, but there can be little doubt that Scott Skiles is doing a good job of bringing structure and order to this young Magic team. As a result, they look to be better than anybody expected them to be for quite a while, and could yet be a surprise banana skin for a top seed when the playoffs roll around.

Skiles is making big calls and bringing a real balance to his roster. He moved Victor Oladipo to spearhead the bench unit and the team has reaped the rewards since, while Evan Fournier has proved to be a wing scoring revelation, and Nikola Vucevic is still one of the NBA’s most underrated centers. The future is blindingly bright in Orlando right now.
