30. Los Angeles Lakers

They might have one win more than the Philadelphia 76ers, but on a roster packed with proven NBA players using that in their defense would be truly laughable. They have Byron Scott, the worst coach in the NBA, hands down, and as much as they’ll miss his greatness, the timing of Kobe Bryant’s retirement should finally allow the Los Angeles Lakers to move on.

Jordan Clarkson, Julius Randle and D’Angelo Russell represent the glimmer of hope for what the future might hold for the Lakers. On the other hand, the fact that Bryant, Roy Hibbert, Lou Williams, Nick Young and Brandon Bass can’t produce better than this is embarrassing. Come back next year, Lakers.
