26. Denver Nuggets

The Denver Nuggets were left with a more complete rebuild to undertake than most other teams around the NBA, and as a result this season was always going to be a tough one in the Mile High City. Mike Malone has lot of raw, young players to try and mold in his first season with the Nuggets and that in itself is a process.

With Jusuf Nurkic out injured, we’ve already seen glimpses of more talented international big man in Denver, with Joffrey Lauvergne and Nikola Jokic both impressing in the early running. The Nuggets need Emmanuel Mudiay to grow into a franchise point guard, but at least early on there’s been no evidence to suggest that that would be beyond him.
