1. What was your reaction to talk of some players seeing Giannis as being selfish on the latest Lowe Post podcast?

Adam McGee (@AdamMcGee11): It didn’t make a whole lot of sense for a number of reasons, yet this team is currently in such a state of disarray right now that it’s tough to be too surprised by anything. The mentions of Jabari being a source of discontent are puzzling, although for others it may suit the agenda of some of the team to want some more attention to fall their way.

Ti Windisch (@TiWindisch): I talked about this at length with Frank Madden on TWT 6, but I can’t even believe it. Giannis makes mistakes sometimes and is a bit of a goof, but selfish? That just doesn’t seem right. I’m baffled.

More from Bucks News

Jordan Treske (@jtresk26): I just found it bizarre honestly. It’s important to remember that it’s reportedly someone’s opinion of what they’ve seen from Giannis so far this year, but I would find it hard for anyone to remotely think that he’s been acting selfishly during games. Of course, when things have been the way they have, anybody will look for blame in anything.

Riley Feldmann (@RileyFeldmann): Honestly, it seemed to be a weird bit of information to be floated out there given how many fans are clamoring for Giannis to be even more selfish on the court at this very moment. If he was dogging it in practice, then he definitely needed to be called out for it, but it also strikes me as odd that it was then a 19 year-old rookie Jabari Parker who supposedly called him out; of course, we’ve heard plenty of reports of vets getting on Giannis about this stuff in the past as well. At the end of the day, his personality is what it is, and he is still just 21 years old. He’ll mature, and until we’re told otherwise, this team goes as Giannis goes.
