Jason Kidd – A

  • Kidd ran a much better offense in this one, as evidenced by the Bucks 70 point first half. Plus he ran the typical starting lineup for the first time in a while, and it worked well for Milwaukee.
  • There were a few moments when he could’ve called a timeout or subbed a bit earlier, but he seems to be getting better about that. Plus, there’s not much to be done about Golden State going on runs–that’s just what they do.
  • Made the tough–but right–decision to go with Plumlee over Henson. It’ll be interesting to see how that scenario plays out going forward, considering the large gap in salary between those two.
  • Even though he struggled on defense, Kidd left Jabari in there late. That felt like a “I realize Jabari Parker learning NBA defense is more important than any game this season” moment. I wouldn’t mind some more of those moments.
