Week 19 Wrap Up

The Bucks played well overall this week. They competed in every game and let their young core lead the way. Those factors indicate to me that this is one of the best weeks of the entire season for Milwaukee.

The rest of this season is going to be about maximizing the opportunities for Giannis, Khris, and Jabari. With that being the case I would expect them to keep popping up on the player of the week rankings.

More from Behind the Buck Pass

It appears Michael Carter-Williams is no longer in the future plans of the Milwaukee Bucks. He has not played in any of the last three games. I was excited to see what he could bring to the table this season and believe he may still have a role with this team as the point guard of the bench unit. We will have to see what happens.

The Bucks play four games next week and only one of them is against a team with a losing record. It will be a grind for sure. If the young big three can continue to play well though I would expect Milwaukee to be competitive in all of the games.

Maybe they might knock off one or two teams that are better than they are. With the way Giannis, Khris, and Jabari are playing right now anything is possible.
