John Henson – 2.0 blocks per game – 4th in the NBA

John Henson didn’t add any blocks per game to his total over the last month, but by merely staying at his impressive 2.0 mark he managed to move up two spots on the NBA leaderboard.

Thanks to Hassan Whiteside emerging from the D-League, Henson is no longer the best shot-blocker in the NBA. When/if Henson gets the starting spot in Milwaukee he’ll have a true challenge awaiting to claim his title back.

Second-best certainly isn’t a bad mark though. It’s the best out of any Bucks leaders among the five major stat categories, and Henson hasn’t even been a starter! It’s pretty incredible he’s blocked so many shots in backup minutes, and in an injury-filled season.
