Milwaukee Bucks Grades: Bench

Greivis Vaszquez, B

0 Points | 0-2 FG | 0-0 FT | 3 REB | 3 AST | 1 STL | 0 BLK |

Not bad for his first action of 2016. He came into the game and quickly made a splash play, with a no-look pass to Tyler Ennis for an easy reverse lay-in. He didn’t look for his own shot, perhaps frustratingly so–passing up an ok look with the shot clock expiring to get the ball to Monroe with a second to shoot.

John Henson, C

10 Points | 3-9 FG | 4-6 FT | 5 REB | 2 AST | 1 STL | 4 BLK |

He didn’t look comfortable offensively, missing shot after shot at or near the rim. Defensively it was another story. Henson was monstrous in the paint, collecting four blocks and creating an imposing combination of length and quickness at the rim.

Rashad Vaughn

8 Points | 3-6 FG | 0-0 FT | 1 REB | 1 AST | 3 STL | 0 BLK |

If Middleton’s three in the final minute was the dagger, then Vaughn’s three in the last 20 seconds was the twist of said dagger. Vaughn’s future in this league is as a dangerous shooter and an above-average defender. He hit 2-4 from distance and played strong defense all night.

Miles Plumlee

4 Points | 2-6 FG | 0-0 FT | 4 REB | 0 AST | 1 STL | 1 BLK |

He was right in his wheelhouse for minutes with 14 and in those minutes he was the Bucks most effective rebounder. Like Monroe, you know what your getting out of Plumlee every night–energy and effort. He’s always game to run the court or chase down a loose ball.

Tyler Ennis

, B

10 Points | 4-7 FG | 0-0 FT | 4 REB | 0 AST | 0 STL | 0 BLK |

There’s no denying that the Buck making the most of this late-season audition is Ennis. Though he didn’t notch an assist, he committed just one turnover–never looking out of control or flustered. Interestingly, Kidd gave him down-the-stretch minutes which he used to lead the Bucks to victory. Just kidding. He was decent though.
