In his starter role, John Henson continues to show why he is worthy of that spot. Greg Monroe has been outstanding when coming off the bench, but J-Hook’s ability to roam the paint and play the role of rim protector for the starting lineup has been a pleasant surprise, given his history of struggling when given extended minutes. He tied with Giannis for the lead in blocks this week with 12 (three per game) and was a far more efficient scorer than what has been seen of him in the past.
Henson does not need to be a high usage player for Milwaukee, but if he keeps up his current role, the team will be in good shape.
.
