Back To Moose

Greg Monroe already had a slide dedicated to him, but it didn’t even touch on the fantastic game he was having before the scuffle broke out, which is a disservice to him. Monroe was having a perfect game through nearly three quarters, and it only became more perfect when he ran to Brogdon’s defense.

In just 16 minutes played, Moose had 12 points, six rebounds, three assists, one steal and three blocks. He was devastating the Lakers, who simply had no answer for the big man down low.

Monroe hadn’t missed a shot yet. He was six-for-six, mostly because Zubac is far too tiny to do much of anything about Moose rumbling and bumbling through the painted area. Timofey Mozgov is, but luckily for Milwaukee he’s out with a DNP – Tanking.

When Monroe plays like that, it becomes more and more appealing to try and find a way to keep him on board after his current contract expires.
