Summer Focus and Final Grade

Brogdon already has an incredibly well-rounded game given his ability to finish around the rim, shoot the three, and defend with consistency. These are tools that every NBA point guard should have and Brogdon does them very well. As the Milwaukee Bucks progress, it will be interesting to see if the President ends up spending more time at the point guard or shooting guard position.

With the draft and free agency approaching, Brogdon could enter next season either as the starting point guard or the primary back-up to both guard positions. He is already so versatile both as a primary ball-handler and when working off the ball, so the summer focus will likely be on playing both of those positions in order to feel comfortable for the opening tip of next year.

For the season, Brogdon was everything that anyone (including myself, having been on high on him since the beginning) could have hoped for. He jumped into the NBA and made an immediate impact as a second-round pick.

The President can walk away from this season with a sense of accomplishment, and feeling hungry for more next season. The future is bright in Milwaukee, and they hit the jackpot with this second-round pick.
