Vitto Brown

Badger fans would doubtlessly love for Vitto Brown to end up with the Bucks somehow, even if it were on the franchise’s D-League team in Oshkosh and not the Milwaukee Bucks NBA roster. Although at the moment Brown isn’t expected to be drafted, getting to show teams what he can do at the workout stage could change things for him.

Brown averaged 6.8 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game in his senior season at Wisconsin. He actually got less run than he did as a junior, when he averaged 9.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game.

Unfortunately for Brown’s NBA chances, he never really got a chance to do much in his four years at Wisconsin. The Badgers utilized him as a role player, and although he played his role well he didn’t stand out enough to merit draft consideration.

One plus for Brown is that he’s a tall shooter. At 6’8″, his 35.2 percent from beyond the arc in college is pretty good. On the other hand, his three-point percentage dropped from 40.0 to 31.9 in his senior season, throwing his skill at draining triples into question.
