Giannis carries the team

While the wider media continues to debate whether Giannis Antetokounmpo’s heart is with the Bucks, what’s undeniable is that Giannis is the heart and soul of Milwaukee’s team.

If it wasn’t for the Greek Freak, the Bucks wouldn’t have any chance of earning a homecourt advantage in the playoffs. With him, the sky is the limit, though.

In an Eastern Conference that has less stars than it did only last season, the opportunities for Giannis to impose his will on opposing teams on a near nightly basis will be greater than ever. Even just playing at the same level he did last season should lead to a slightly better season due to the drop-off in competition.

The big question for Bucks fans is, what could it mean for the team if Antetokounmpo manages to come back even better again?
