B. The Pistons played pretty well overall, coming out of the blocks fast to open a significant first quarter lead, and then forcing a nervy finish at the end thanks to a strong fourth quarter run.
<p>Ultimately, the difference came in the third quarter, though, when the Bucks put their foot down and their leading stars pushed open a gap that would just about prove enough to seal the deal. The Bucks just had too many options for Detroit to contain, and used that edge to zip the ball around and create open three-pointers.</p>
<p>Stan Van Gundy’s Detroit roster continues to move closer to the kind of identity he’s associated with, but the bottom line is the Pistons probably still don’t quite have the talent he would like.
