Eric Bledsoe enters Milwaukee as one of the most talented point guards to pull on a Bucks’ uniform in recent memory.

During his time in Phoenix, Bledsoe averaged 18.8 points, 4.8 rebounds and 6.0 assists per game. Still, the argument could be made that during that time he only shot 34 percent from three and as such, does not perfectly suit Milwaukee’s current needs.

What Bledsoe does offer, though, is an injection of talent that this team desperately needs. At times, the second units have looked lost this season when Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Malcolm Brogdon are on the bench. This is where Bledsoe can make a name for himself initially in Milwaukee, as a pure scorer capable of supporting the Bucks’ second unit and giving them a purpose and direction that they have severely lacked this season.

Long term, Bledsoe will need to work out a way in which he can flourish off ball in order to successfully mesh with Antetokounmpo on the floor at the same time. At least until Jabari Parker returns, the Bucks need a serious injection of talent, though and Bledsoe might just be the man to provide it.

With his undeniable ability, Bledsoe could easily become the proud owner of the top spot on this list in the not so distant future, but first he’ll have to prove his play from elsewhere will translate to Milwaukee.
