1. Brandon Jennings

Statistics – 17.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, 5.7 assists

Season in Milwaukee – 2009-2013

How he was acquired – Drafted 10th, 2009

Not since Sam Cassell back in the early 2000s had Milwaukee had a longer tenured point guard than Brandon Jennings, in nobody has managed to surpass his longevity in the time since he has left either.

Over four years, there’s no doubt that Jennings divided the fanbase on what he actually offered the team. One half argued that Jennings represented the pinnacle of the kind of mediocrity that has plagued this team for much of the time since the turn of the millennium. What the other half will argue, however, is that it was a period of consistent production from a guy who exuded the kind of confidence in his game that is normally reserved for perennial All-Stars.

Jennings believed he could get the job done night in and night out and played accordingly. Jennings still holds multiple top-10 records from his time with the Bucks, highlighted by his 55-point effort in only his seventh NBA game. Much like Knight, Jennings was a borderline All-Star in his final season in Milwaukee, but saw his production drop off in the years following his departure.

As it stands, however, Jennings is clearly the best point guard to have played for the Bucks in the last decade. The question of who will usurp him will likely come down to Bledsoe and Brogdon over the next few years as they both fight to return Milwaukee to prominence with their current All-Star Giannis Antetokounmpo.
