The Greek wreaked havoc

Following a rather discontented night in the Bucks’ last game, Giannis Antetokounmpo took care of business against the Kings on Tuesday night.

Much like the team’s early tempo as a whole, Antetokounmpo was looking to set a tone moments after the opening tip and was getting out in the open floor when those numerous opportunities presented itself.

Along with that, Giannis was putting in incredible effort on the defensive end as he was constantly active and deflected anything that traveled in his vicinity when he was on the floor throughout the first half.

However, it was in the third quarter when the superstar did his biggest damage, especially with the ball in his hands. By basically dialing it to 11, Antetokounmpo was relentless making his way to the rack, to the free-throw line (Giannis was 9-of-13 from the stripe) and even buried his lone attempt from downtown at the 7:02 mark of the period.

In total, Antetokounmpo posted 32 points on 11-of-16 shooting from the field (1-of-1 from long range), five rebounds, five assists, five steals, two turnovers, a block and was a +26 in just over 26 minutes of play, which is a season-low amount of minutes for the 22-year-old.

It was a fiery, collected and comprehensive performance on Giannis’ part and it was certainly refreshing to see it come in a winning effort.
