Who’s next?

Next up on the schedule for the Herd is their first meeting of the season with the Sioux Falls Skyforce, who they’ll take on at 7pm CT on Friday night at the Menominee Nation Arena. As usual, the game will be streamed live on Facebook Live through the G League’s page.

The matchup with the Skyforce will mark the first game of another three game homestand for Jordan Brady’s team as they continue to adjust to their new arena in Oshkosh.

Through the first month of the G League season, the Skyforce have been very much rooted in the middle of the pack in terms of record. As a result, they won’t provide the toughest test the Herd will face this season, but they will be solid and aim to take advantage of any opportunities Wisconsin affords them.

The Skyforce are a potent offensive team, with Torrey Craig (24.8 points) and Tony Mitchell (21.2 points) averaging above 20 points per game, and Erik McCree falling just under that mark (19.0 points).

The Herd have plenty of options to help them match up to Sioux Falls from a firepower perspective, and so the key to the game could well be which team can come out on top defensively.
