Milwaukee Bucks Game Preview: Dec 22 vs Charlotte Hornets

Hornet to watch
Dwight Howard may not be the player he once was and is certainly a divisive figure around the NBA, but he is well positioned to expose some of the Bucks’ greatest weaknesses.
Not only will Howard be expected to dominate the Bucks on the glass, but considering Milwaukee’s limited center depth, an assertive Dwight will have a great opportunity to push the Bucks into lineups they’re not overly comfortable with.
Averaging 15.9 points, 12.5 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per game while shooting 54 percent from the field shows that Howard’s on-court production hasn’t necessarily been the problem for the Hornets this year.
If the Hornets are sensible, their game plan in this matchup will center around letting Howard test John Henson and Thon Maker inside. Considering how foul-happy that duo can often be, it may not take too much from Howard to force them to the bench for most of the night.
