The Greek was fleek

Wednesday night showed just how easy it can be sometimes for Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo.

In just over 29 minutes of play, Giannis scored 31 points on 12-of-18 shooting from the field (0-of-1 from three), corralled 10 boards, handed out five assists, registered two blocks as well as two turnovers, grabbed a steal and was a +15 on the night.

Whether it was bouncing off defenders to finish a couple of second chance buckets or striding his way and overpowering his opponent, the 23-year-old Antetokounmpo couldn’t be slowed down by any of the defenders the Pacers threw between him and the basket.

Not that we didn’t know it already, but it all served as another reminder that Giannis’ physical gifts on their own just give him an incredible advantage night in and night out, especially since the Pacers didn’t possess a player who could come close to matching his length, strength and size.

If it wasn’t his most effortless scoring and overall performance of the season, it was definitely right up there and getting some extra minutes on the bench with the game so out of hand throughout the fourth quarter was also a welcome sight.
