All aboard the KHA$H cab

If Giannis’ night looked as easy as A-B-C, then Khris Middleton’s game was easy money against the Pacers.

After a rough outing against the Toronto Raptors earlier in the week, Middleton bounced back in a big way, which was evident a minute after the opening jump as he hit his first three shots on the night, including one from long range.

By finding his groove from both downtown and just inside the arc as well, the Pacers honed in on limiting what they could of Middleton’s effectiveness as the game went on. With the added pressure, Middleton parlayed that into earning trips to the free throw line and hit each and every one of his six attempts from the stripe as a result.

In total, the Texas A&M product posted 27 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field (3-of-4 from deep), three rebounds, two assists as well as two turnovers, one steal and was a game-high +20.

It was a reassuring performance no doubt, but Middleton will surely be tested to perform at a high level in the Bucks’ upcoming pair of games over the weekend against the Raptors as well as the Washington Wizards.
