After a lackluster display in South Beach on Sunday, the Milwaukee Bucks will look for revenge when they host the Miami Heat on Wednesday.
Sunday’s loss to the Miami Heat is the kind of game that can stick long in the memory, so heading into a rematch on Wednesday, the Milwaukee Bucks will be eager to get some revenge while producing a much improved performance.
Although the Heat don’t have the same kind of top tier talent the Bucks and many of the other top teams in the East enjoy, they’re incredibly well-coached, fundamentally sound, and one of the most in-form teams in the NBA at present.
Just like so many of the teams the Bucks have played recently, that adds an extra layer of importance to this contest.

Not only could the outcome ultimately become important if tie-breakers are required to determine playoff seedings at the season’s end, but there’s also a real chance that the two teams could face off in a playoff series too.
Having been so soundly beaten in the first contest of the year between the teams on Sunday, the prospect of high stakes future battles with the Heat should in itself help the Bucks to focus their minds on the task at hand.
With all of that in mind, let’s take a closer look at the action ahead, and how things might play out on Wednesday as the Bucks return home to the Bradley Center.
