The Greek didn’t go without a squeak

For the first three quarters of Friday night’s game, Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo may have looked his worst all season.

Aside from a few early scores, Antetokounmpo couldn’t get much of anything to fall, thanks to a terrific defensive performance from Heat forward James Johnson, who gave the Bucks’ two-time All-Star fits as he was matched up on him for the majority of the game.

However, the fourth quarter proved to be some salve for Antetokounmpo as he found his rhythm offensively to help power the Bucks’ comeback late in the game.

In just over 40 minutes of action, Antetokounmpo scored 23 points on 8-of-21 shooting from the field (1-of-4 from deep), hauled down 11 rebounds, registered five turnovers, recorded three assists, had two blocks, came away with one steal and was a +4 for the game.

Without that fourth quarter boost from Giannis, the Bucks were pretty much dead in the water, considering how the game had trended up until that point.
