Eric Murdock

Three-Point Shootout: 1994

Continuing on the theme of underwhelming Bucks’ performances at the Three-Point Shootout, Eric Murdock made his one and only appearance in the event back in 1994.

Murdock was a logical inclusion in the event on that occasion, as in spite of his relative lack of star power, the Man of Steal shot the lights out during the 1993-94 season. In what proved to be a career shooting year, Murdock made 41.1 percent of his three-point attempts in that season.

In a stacked contest that also included legendary sharpshooters like Mark Price, Dana Barros, Steve Kerr and Dell Curry, Murdock performed well enough to earn his way into a playoff with Barros for a place in the next round, but sadly he would fail to come out on top in that contest.
