Not how Bledsoe drew it up

Following up his disappointing Bucks playoff debut, Eric Bledsoe was equally miserable in the Bucks’ Game 2 loss to the Celtics last night.

While Bledsoe’s night didn’t reach the lows of his Game 1 performance, the Kentucky product was all out of sorts for the majority of the night, both in his playmaking and his shot taking.

Defensively, however, the 28-year-old was thoroughly outplayed by the Celtics’ starting point guard Terry Rozier for the second straight game (Rozier finished with 23 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the field, 3-of-5 from deep, eight assists).

All in all, Bledsoe posted 12 points on 5-of-13 shooting from the field (2-for-4 from deep), seven rebounds, four assists, a steal, turnover and block each and was a -3 in nearly 34 minutes of play.

However, Bledsoe’s night didn’t wrap up just there as he added fuel to the fire in regards to putting a target on his back from Bucks fans and national pundits alike as Matt Velazquez of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel shared this tidbit postgame:

We’ll see how this strategy pays off for both Bledsoe and the Bucks, but things are seemingly “Not great, Bob!” as of right now.
