Milwaukee Bucks Game 5 Preview: April 23 at Boston Celtics

Major key for Boston – Get Jaylen Brown some help
The only reason that Game 4 was remotely competitive at the end was an outstanding individual display from Jaylen Brown.
For as much as the Bucks slowed down and fell into old habits, Brown was the only Celtic who truly looked capable of punishing Milwaukee. Brown finished Game 4 with 34 points, making that his second 30-point performance of the series so far.
As Celtics coach Brad Stevens said of Brown following Game 4:
"“He’s the only reason we were in the game in the first. And then in the second, he just continued and did a great job. Played with tremendous spirit, played with tremendous toughness and made shots. Kept us in it.”"
As much as another top-tier performance from Brown would certainly be welcomed by the Celtics, they need other players to step up in a significant way if they’re to have a chance of taking Game 5.
That applies to Boston’s starters, who generally looked less effective on the road, but also to the bench. The Celtics’ bench were outscored 31-15 by their Bucks counterparts in Game 4, and Boston is unlikely to come off any better if there’s a repeat of that outcome on Tuesday.
