After electing to stay for his sophomore season this year, Texas A&M big man Robert Williams has officially declared for the 2018 NBA Draft. We break down what he has to offer as a prospect.

Who is Robert Williams?

Following the end of Texas A&M’s NCAA tournament run, one that ended in the Sweet 16, big man Robert Williams announced he was officially declaring for the 2018 NBA Draft.

Williams’ decision comes a year after testing the waters during last year’s draft process, which resulted in the Louisiana native choosing to stay at College Station to play for the Aggies for his sophomore season.

More from Bucks Draft

For a player who rose through the ranks with his breakout freshman season, Williams is looking to recapture our collective attention and reinforce why many draft experts were buzzing about his talents this time last year.

Admittedly, that’s a tougher task than it would have been a year ago considering the number of tantalizing and high-caliber big men entering this year’s draft.

However, while Williams may not be included among the top tier of center prospects in this year’s draft, the skill set he possesses is one that all NBA teams are looking for in any capacity.

So without further ado, let’s dive deeper into Robert Williams’ game, where he’s currently rated by draft experts and assess his potential fit with the Milwaukee Bucks.
