The best of Munford

I mean, where to start when it comes to glowing about Munford’s first season in the Fox Valley?

For the sake of time, here are some of the career-high scoring and efficiency marks Munford put up this year while in Oshkosh: points per game (24.4), field goal percentage (50.9), three-point percentage (44.4), two-point percentage (53.8), effective field goal percentage (57.7), true shooting percentage (61.2) and PER (20.9).

With all of that coming on a career high 27.2 usage percentage, Munford continued to prove that he’s one of the best and most productive players on the G League level.

Munford’s run of form all throughout the year was recognized in other ways beyond being added on the Bucks’ roster as a two-way player, considering he represented Team USA during FIBA World Cup qualifying in November and was named to the Midseason All-NBA G League Team in early February.

Not to mention that Munford supplied some of the most timeless moments in the Herd’s inaugural season, the most notable being his game winner against the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the team’s regular season opener. It was all in a year’s work for the 25-year-old this season.
