After being a part of a disappointing campaign for the University of Oregon this year, Troy Brown Jr. is making the jump to the next level as he has officially declared for the 2018 NBA Draft.
Following a rather uneven freshman season at the University of Oregon, Troy Brown Jr. is one of many prospects this year going the one-and-done route as he has officially declared for the 2018 NBA Draft.
