Strengths

Without a doubt, Trent’s most translatable skill as a prospect lies in his proficient three-point shooting ability.

That certainly showed during his lone year with the Blue Devils as Trent drained 40.2 percent of his treys on 6.5 attempts per game, a necessity for the program throughout the season.

As adept as of a shooter as he stands to be, Trent also shows no signs of having to adjust to the NBA three-point line as he knocked down 63 of his 154 from that range this season (40.9 percent), per Will Schreefer’s shot chart tool over at The Stepien.

Beyond Trent’s proven range shooting process, the Minnesota native possesses great size (6’5.75″) and has the necessary length (6’8.75″) that is tailor made for where the wing position stands in today’s NBA.
