Perry Ellis

A name that will surely be recognized to all those college basketball aficionados out there, Perry Ellis will be taking part in this year’s Summer League with the Bucks.

After going undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft, Ellis has garnered experience playing in both the G League as well as overseas, in both Australia as a member of the Sydney Kings and most recently in Italy with Pallacanestro Cantu.

Of course, Ellis is best known for his days with the Kansas Jayhawks in which he went on to enjoy four rock solid seasons in Lawrence from 2012 to 2016.

It’s also important to note that the Wisconsin Herd hold Ellis’ G League rights after picking them up through last year’s expansion draft, so this year’s Summer League may not be the last time we see Ellis as part of the Bucks organization.
