Game of the season

If you can transport yourself all the way back to December 21, you’ll remember the spark that Snell provided for the Bucks in their 120-107 win over the Boston Celtics at TD Garden.

Logging nearly 18 and a half minutes of action off the bench, Snell posted a season-high 15 points on a perfect 6-of-6 shooting from the field (3-of-3 from deep), three turnovers, two rebounds, one assist and held an even plus-minus on that night.

Snell helped lead the Bucks’ much needed bench charge, which totaled 40 points on the night, by confidently knocking down three triples, two of which came during the team’s 35 point-first quarter.

As if Snell didn’t provide a huge boost by feeling it from downtown, the California native looked incredibly smooth putting the ball down on the floor to put down a variety of running touch finishes that kissed off the glass to go down.

Considering the Bucks’ road struggles in Boston up until that point having dropped all of the road games during their first round series the previous season as well as a 117-113 defeat earlier in the year, it was a hugely cathartic victory Milwaukee notched under their belt. And Snell played an integral part in crafting that.
