Milwaukee Bucks: Meeting the 2019 NBA Summer League roster
Elijah Bryant
After spending his first professional season abroad, Elijah Bryant will be returning back home to play with the Bucks during this year’s Summer League.
The 24-year-old landed with Hapoel Eliat after going undrafted during the 2018 NBA Draft (side note: Bryant’s first draft workout came with the Bucks and he vlogged the experience on he and his wife’s joint YouTube page last year).
It proved to be an incredibly fruitful year for the 6’5″ guard as he put up remarkable numbers by averaging 17.5 points on .558/.359/.767 shooting splits, 5.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.4 steals in his 36 appearances throughout the year. All of that was good enough for the Brigham Young product to be named to the All-Israeli League first team when the season was completed.
Now with Bryant out of contract, it wouldn’t be that surprising to see Bryant land with the Wisconsin Herd, provided his scoring expertise translates throughout his time in Las Vegas.
