Next up on the Bucks’ 2019 preseason slate is a visit to the Lone Star state where they will take on the Dallas Mavericks on Friday, October 11 for a 7.30 p.m. central time opening tip.

This will mark the third time in the last four years that the Bucks and Mavericks have met each other in the preseason, following a year off during Milwaukee’s four-game preseason set last season.

On the sole occasion that the Bucks have hosted the Mavericks for a preseason tilt, they did so in the state’s capitol back at the Kohl Center back on October 8, 2016 where they won 88-74.

And continuing the theme of homecomings, it will give a chance for Wes Matthews to go up against the organization he called home for three-and-a-half years before being a part of the Kristaps Porzingis deal with the New York Knicks last season.
